If in addition to fitness, your goal is also weight loss, Element Fitness gives you the tools you need for losing weight in a healthy, sane way and for keeping weight off. Weight management over the long-term is a challenge! Our non–judgmental, body–positive personal trainers listen to your individual concerns and design a health and fitness program (with your medical provider, if you want) that lets you reach your weight management goals.

Your overall health and well being is our mission, regardless of body shape or size. We are not at all interested in forcing your body into an unrealistic and/or unhealthy state. We practice Health At Every Size (HAES) — we want you to look and feel your personal best, and we want you happy and healthy while you get there.

If you feel that you may have disordered eating, or if you have a history of unhealthy dieting, we recommend that you work with us in yoga, Pilates, meditation, and/or martial arts for improved calm and ease, and to help you with coping tools, before, during, and after we work on your weight management.

We look forward to working with you towards improved and increased health, strength, balance, and endurance.
