I hold a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. As a professional dancer, my experience includes ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop, Latin, and ballroom. I've studied the Alexander Technique and the Feldenkrais Method, which both focus on the reconnecting with your body's natural alignment while breaking habits that cause daily pain and injury. As a teacher and personal trainer for people of all ages, sizes, and conditions, I incorporate these somatic practices with dance, yoga, and fitness to reach optimum health and happiness.
