Strength and Endurance
A client will often specify to a fitness trainer whether she or he wants to "tone" or to "build" muscle. The same basic physical process is necessary, whether you want to tone or build muscle or whether you want to shape particular body parts in order to increase strength and endurance.
Muscle tone commonly means the appearance of muscles that are hard but not overly noticeable. In this respect a toned body implies a lean body, one low in body fat and showing some muscle definition and shape.
"Building" muscle or gaining muscle strength usually means gaining as much muscle as possible for that bodybuilder look.
Our trained personal trainers lead you safely through strength training exercises and conditioning workouts that increase your power and stamina regardless of your body size or shape – without injury and giving you the look you want.
