Element Fitness of New York City strives to make the experience of personal training healthy for mind, body, and spirit. We offer individually tailored fitness programs to anyone wanting an opportunity to get their bodies and minds together in the best possible combination, including weight and cardiovascular training, yoga, martial arts, Pilates, and sane and body–positive nutrition programs. Our certified personal trainers tailor exercise and workout regimes to your individual needs with all of your health concerns in mind.
We practice Health At Every Size (HAES) and our personal trainers want you to be fit, healthy, and happy, at every size, age, and stage of physical fitness.
