How can I get motivated to work out?

"One day I'll get to the gym." We've all said it. Don't worry! All you need to do to get healthy is to move. Regular exercise – a walk, a jog, or cleaning the yard is just as effective as a structured routine. So get moving and you're on your way!

What's the best way to get rid of fat?

Whether you use a longer, slower workout or a shorter, more intense one, both will help you lose weight as long as you are consistent and stick to your exercise routine. It all comes down to personal preference.

How much exercise should I do?

Experts recommend 30-60 minutes of  exercise per day. But you'll get real health benefits (and burn lots of calories) even if you do 10 minutes a day.
And don't forget to stretch!

How can I build more muscle?

Start a weight training routine. Weight training improves your body's appearance through muscular development. The process of building muscle and muscle toning happens when the muscle is forced to move a resistance – a weight – that is greater than the muscle is accustomed to moving. This is called "overloading." The muscle adapts by getting larger and stronger.

Why should I use an in–home trainer?

There are a few reasons:
You may find it difficult to leave the house because of children, work, a physical condition, or the lack of motivation to exercise on your own. You may simply prefer the environment of your own surroundings rather than that of a health club.

What are the advantages of an in–home fitness trainer?

You can exercise in the privacy of your own home or office at a time that's convenient for you and receive individual attention and motivation. In this environment, you can exercise safely and effectively as your trainer instructs you on proper techniques. You will also build a rapport with your trainer throughout your progress.
