Element Fitness is body–positive and we believe in Health At Every Size (HAES). We know that a healthy diet and nutrition program is the key to achieving your training goals. The amount of information on dieting and diet plans is enormous and can be dangerous to your health and well being. Our experienced, non–judgmental personal trainers have the knowledge necessary for you to achieve healthy eating goals, eliminating the need for extensive research.
It is necessary to maintain your health, serenity, and energy levels while training and so we partner with you to structure a plan that lets you accomplish your objective of health and fitness. Our personal trainers are equipped to create an individualized plan for you, assessing your complete lifestyle without judgment and taking into consideration your body type, age, and well being. We then advise you on a nutrition regime that adjusts to your daily routine in the pursuit of an overall improvement in health, permitting optimal performance.
We want you to be healthy, fit, and happy — not struggling with negativity from yourself or others. The goal is not to be unrealistically thin or to fit some (possibly unhealthy) cultural ideal: our goal for you is that you become as active, strong, and happy as you want to be.
